TASCO Petroleum is a major fuel and lubricant distributor, operating throughout Northern Victoria, Southern New South Wales and South Australia. We provide a large network of both Wholesale Depots and Retail Sites, with our Head Office based in Mildura.
We have a vacancy for a Depot Lubes Driver/Controller to join the team at our Mildura Depot to deliver product and complete necessary administration tasks
Key points:
- 40 Hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Some experience with administration duties an advantage
- Forklift Licence essential
- MR Licence essential
- Fit and able to lift 20kg oil drums and move 208lt product drums where required.
Responsibilities:
The Depot Lubes Driver / Controller reports directly to the Depot Manager and Depot 2IC.
A selection of duties listed below will require skills to:
- Accurately prepare and complete loading and delivery reports, customer invoices, pre daily driver checklists, logbooks, lube delivery activity reports and any other associated paperwork each day.
- Control stock movements, including purchasing and receipt of inwards goods, and monthly reconciliations, and ensure company policy on stock levels is maintained.
- Deliver bulk and small package lubricants and other supplies to customers daily.
- Assist customers with lubricant and order enquiries, off site, on the phone and at the depot counter.
- Dip and reconcile bulk fuel storage tanks as scheduled.
- Some yard work in the depot.
Full training is provided during the probationary, along with ongoing support provided by Depot management and administration staff.
